Life in the Conejo Valley
Growing up in the central Conejo Valley community of Thousand Oaks, Victoria attended school within the local Conejo Valley Unified School District before graduating from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication and Advertising.
Upon graduation, Victoria returned to the Conejo Valley to apply her knowledge and education of business and advertising within the local corporate sector.
Victoria’s Corporate Background
With an impressive degree to her name and an ambitious enthusiasm to go along with it, Victoria went on to forge a highly-successful 20-year career in the field of her university education.
Throughout her corporate career as a top-level executive for various advertising and marketing agencies, Victoria led large teams through the sales of multi-million dollar state-of-the-art digital technologies.
By facilitating and negotiating these seven-figure sales of advanced technology to multinational household-name companies, Victoria honed the fundamental skills required to manage several moving parts through high-value, high-stakes transactions.
Today, Victoria still regularly utilizes her skills in leadership, project management, relationship building, and negotiating to her advantage in the real estate industry.
A Pivot to Real Estate
Having already bought, remodelled, and sold five of her own Conejo Valley properties, Victoria was inspired to apply her personal real estate experience to help others achieve their real estate goals within the 805.
Victoria began her career as a Conejo Valley real estate professional with a running start, having already developed a strong network of industry connections.
Victoria’s position as a design consultant with the high-end construction and remodelling company Mondet Group continues to prove useful when advising her real estate clients through valuable residential improvement projects. Additionally, Victoria frequently collaborates on remodelling and renovation projects with her brother, who heads a high-end luxury residential construction and renovation company, regularly taking on high-profile and celebrity renovation projects.
